Raw Material Handling and Drying Processes

• Plastic resin consistency is maintained using a vacuum and conveyor system
• Central and local desiccant drying decreases completion time
• Material is kept in dedicated hopper loaders, eliminating contamination
• Through our gravimetric or volumetric blending systems, up to three materials can be accurately dispersed and mixed up
• For large volume products, silo material storage systems are available for distribution either by rail or by truck
